Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - FICO. The ideal candidate will have Experience of at least 15 years in Configuring, implementing and supporting SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules with robust accounting, finance & Costing knowledge. This includes proficiency in Finance modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Controlling modules such as Cost Centre Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Standard Cost , Costing Profitability Analysis & Material Ledger with Actual Costing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of professionals in Finance and Controlling Module of SAP S/4 HANA to define and oversee SAP FI/CO strategy aligned with business.
Act as Finance IT liaison with Other Business Units, key Stakeholders and the IS team.
Ensure Standardization of Finance and Controlling Process across entities.
Drive automation and real time reporting enabled by SAP S/4 HANA Capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders and within IS team for Master data quality and governance.




Lead and support SAP projects including Change management, Data Migration and training activities.
Evaluate and Implement new SAP functionalities.
Ensure that the system design meets internal / external audit requirements and Tax Compliance needs.
Oversee day-to- day FI/CO functions and support team on incidents, enhancements and upgrades.
Support organization on designing and validating the financial and management reports.
Mentor and train team members, providing guidance and support on best practices and technical challenges.
Support the team from skill development and upskilling.

Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in Finance / CMA
Certification in FI / CO Module
15-20 years of experience with Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA -FICO modules, including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
Experience in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP FICO systems with an in-dept
