Cubera is an AI-first AdTech and Big Data company building the next generation of audience intelligence and programmatic advertising infrastructure. Our product suite spans Cube (AI-powered audience discovery), Edge (omnichannel DSP), and our ad exchanges Vertex and Advertex. As we scale our consumer-facing brands, video is becoming the primary language of our storytelling across social platforms. We are looking for a creator who lives at the intersection of generative AI and video craft.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, in office AI Video Creator role based in Bangalore. The AI Video Creator will own the full video pipeline from concept to published output for two of Cubera's brands, using generative AI video, image, and audio models as the core production stack, supplemented by conventional editing tools for finishing. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning multi-shot narratives, writing model prompts shot-by-shot, maintaining character and style consistency across shots, generating AI voiceovers and sound design,



and assembling AI-generated shots with motion graphics, captions, and brand elements into finished videos. The role also involves owning the video content calendar across both brands, adapting one master concept into multiple platform variants (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, X), tracking performance metrics like hook rate and retention, and continuously benchmarking new AI model releases against the current stack.

Qualifications:

1+ year of hands-on video creation with demonstrable AI-generated video work
A portfolio of AI-made or AI-assisted videos (mandatory; applications without work samples will not be considered)
Prompt craft: ability to direct a model like a cinematographer - camera movement, lens language, lighting, and shot composition
Consistency techniques: experience keeping a character, product, or visual style stable across a multi-shot video
Editing fundamentals: pacing, rhythm, sound design, typography, and co
