Role Overview
The Project Manager – IT Hardware, AV & Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise IT and AV infrastructure deployment projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery including procurement coordination, installation, integration, and final handover while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements.

The role requires close coordination with sales, presales, engineering teams, OEM partners, and customer IT teamsto ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and AV deployment projects.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Develop detailed project implementation plans and installation schedules.
Allocate resources including engineers, technicians, and vendor teams.

2. IT Hardware & Enterprise Deployment
Oversee deployment and installation of:
Enterprise servers and storage
Networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)




End-user computing infrastructure
Data center infrastructure
Security and surveillance solutions
Audio Visual (AV) and collaboration systems
Ensure installations are executed as per design, specifications, and customer requirements.

3. Installation & Site Management
Coordinate in office installation activities.
Conduct site readiness assessments.
Ensure proper configuration, integration, and testing of systems.
Monitor installation progress and resolve deployment issues.

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against timelines and milestones.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Ensure proper escalation and resolution of project risks.
Handel a team of 8-10 engineers.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
Manage customer expectations
