Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage Network Access Control policies to ensure secure and compliant network access.
Maintain and enforce VPN policies, enabling secure remote access for employees and stakeholders.
Implement, monitor, and optimize LAN/WAN policies to support effective and reliable corporate network traffic.
Oversee Wireless Network policies to ensure seamless connectivity and robust security across all wireless platforms.
Manage VLAN configurations to optimize network segmentation and improve performance and security.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems ensuring continuous surveillance and security operations.
Offer first and second-line support for Shopfloor Systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high productivity within the manufacturing environment.
Resolve user support issues promptly, offering guidance for best practices in network usage and security protocols.
Monitor network performance and lead initiatives to improve connectivity, security, and service quality.




Maintain detailed documentation regarding network diagrams, network configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
Conduct regular audits, assessments and patch management of network devices to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

Qualification and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, engineering, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills
Certification in network technologies (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Network Access Control mechanisms and best practices.
Skilled in VLAN management and network segmentation strategies.
Proficiency in VPN technologies and policy enforcement.
