As we scale our global footprint, we are looking for an ambitious Frontend Engineering Lead who loves gaming, performance optimization, and collaborating closely with an in-house team to build seamless web ecosystems.

About the Role:
As the Frontend Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global platform’s user experience. Working full time out of our Gurugram office, this is a hybrid leadership role. You will spend 60% of your time leading, mentoring, and scaling an in-office team of engineers, driving sprint planning, and collaborating directly with Product and Design. The remaining 40% will be spent as an Individual Contributor (IC), writing core architecture code, spearheading critical technical projects, and solving complex infrastructure and optimization challenges.

Key Responsibilities:




Engineering Management & Mentorship (60%)
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, on-site team of frontend engineers. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, drive career growth paths, and foster an collaborative, high-energy engineering culture.
Delivery & Execution: Own the delivery roadmap for frontend engineering. Drive sprint planning, manage resource allocation, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and align engineering efforts with product milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with on-site Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Teams to translate product vision into flawless, production-ready interfaces.
Technical Leadership & Architecture (40%)
Core Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, responsive, and secure web applications using ReactJS, VueJS, and vanilla JavaScript/TypeScript.
Performance Optimization: Take full ownership of Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID,
