Relevant Experience 8 – 12 Years for suitable positions as Senior Consultant
As a Business Analyst/Project Manager within the Wealth Management sector, you will lead digital transformation projects for our Banking clients. Your role will involve in-depth involvement in the development and optimization Wealth platforms,
enhancing investment experience for retail banking clients through innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, and Senior Stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.
Key Skills:
PM / BA skills and Agile/PI planning hands-on experience - this is the primary and non-negotiable requirement. Banking domain exposure - this is the preferred second option if a candidate with both solid PM skills and wealth domain knowledge cannot be found.
Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions around trading technologies, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
Ideally, the PM should also have knowledge of Wealth Journeys and RM (Relationship Manager) functionalities, as this would be the best combination of core skill plus domain skill.
