Job Summary: To sample and analyse raw materials, in process (Intermediates) and finished products in shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for sampling and analysis of raw materials, In-process Intermediates and finished products samples in shifts.
Responsible for releasing the in process and intermediates for further process in shifts.
Responsible for preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.
Calibrating all the instruments as per schedule and standard procedure.
Maintaining zero effluent discharge in lab and see that all the samples analyzed are recycled.
Keeping adequate inventory of all chemicals, cylinders and spares.
To control sampling cost within Budget.
Good housekeeping, 5S and data maintenance.
The Person:
Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, pH meter, UV, IR etc..)
Analytical skills in interpretation of instrumental data.
Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work in shifts
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/LIMS preferred).
Experience: M.Sc. with 4 – 5 years in QC / IPQC (Organic / Analytical).
