We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and wants to work with brands that are serious about growth. If you enjoy optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and continuously improving performance, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research
Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights
Work closely with designers and content teams to improve ad creatives
Support landing page optimization and A/B testing
Stay updated with platform changes and emerging advertising trends




What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
Experience in a digital marketing agency is strongly preferred
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus
