What makes the role meaty?
Strategic Sourcing & Supply Network
Develop and execute the long-term sourcing strategy for chicken procurement aligned with business growth objectives
Build a resilient, scalable, and cost-productive sourcing ecosystem through contract farming, poultry integrators, and strategic supplier partnerships
Lead supplier segmentation, commercial negotiations, long-term contracts, and vendor development initiatives
Monitor poultry market dynamics, feed prices, disease risks, seasonality, and regulatory changes to proactively manage sourcing risks
Build contingency sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply.





Parent Farming & Integration
Lead the establishment of Licious’ parent farming capability from the ground up
Define the roadmap for breeder operations, genetic sourcing strategy, hatchery planning, and long-term integration
Build partnerships with industry stakeholders to strengthen upstream supply capabilities
Drive biosecurity, productivity, and operational excellence across farming operations

Processing Capacity & Network Expansion
Develop the long-term roadmap for processing capacity expansion to support business growth
Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing teams to improve throughput, yield, productivity, and capacity utilization
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across the sourcing and processing network
Note: Licious Processing Centres focus on processing, cutting, deboning, packaging, and dispatch. Primary slaughtering is managed through partner facilities.
