Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end paid acquisition across platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Drive lead generation strategy with a focus on quality, conversion, and CAC efficiency.
Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor and improve funnel performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Track, report,



and analyze performance data to inform decisions and identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with sales, program, and leadership teams to align growth efforts with business outcomes.
Run continuous experiments with new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth strategies.
Build scalable systems and processes that make growth predictable and repeatable.

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation.
Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards.
Good intuition for audience targeting, messaging, and positioning.
High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
Comfort working in a quick-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Exposure to AI tools or automation in marketing workflows is a plus.
