Ability to resolve end users’ issues related to system performance, Software deployment
Knowledge and experience of Modern Workplace solutions, including windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune
Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management
Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems
Able to work on VDI creation request
Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service now
Strong Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues related to Patch and application Failures
Knowledge on SCCM and Intune error logs behavior
Able to find and mitigate the vulnerability in the workstations
Knowledge on MS Teams, One Drive and O365 functionality
