Architect and govern Slack as a secure integrated collaboration platform to enable real time engagement across agents brokers underwriting and operations driving faster policy lifecycle and distribution efficiency

Technical Skills

· Slack Enterprise Grid architecture workspace design channel taxonomy governance

· Identity Access Management SSO SCIM OAuth Azure ADOkta

· API integration expertise REST webhooks Slack APIs bots Workflow Builder

· Event driven architecture case notifications underwriting updates

· Integration with enterprise platforms
