Job Role - C++ Architect – Embedded Systems (ARM Cortex-M / Microcontrollers)
Location - Pune
Experience - 10 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities
Architect and design embedded software solutions for Microcontroller-based products.
Lead the development of high-performance applications using Modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
Design and implement multithreaded and concurrent software architectures.
Define software architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Work closely with System Engineers, Hardware Engineers, V&V; teams, and Product Management.
Drive end-to-end software development from requirements analysis to deployment.

Mandatory Skills




10+ years of embedded software development experience with at least 3+ years in an Architecture role.
5 years in Medical Device Software Development
Strong expertise in C++ (C++11/14/17).
Hands-on experience with Multithreading, Concurrency, Synchronization Mechanisms, Mutexes, Semaphores, and IPC.
Extensive experience with Microcontrollers and low-level embedded software development.
Solid experience with ARM Cortex-M Series (M0/M3/M4/M7/M33) architecture.
Experience in Bare-Metal and RTOS-based development.
Proficiency in Software Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Design principles.
Unit Test Framework: GTest
Ability to design develop and debug embedded firmware, basis software and driver
Experienced in Interface with peripherals: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet
Good to have – experience with tools like FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks,
Tools: Polarion; Azure DevOps; Eclipse; Enterprise Architect
