Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors
Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM
Understanding of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Required Work Experience
5–6 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform
At least 3 years of experience in Copilot Studio/Conversational AI solutions
Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
Exposure to client-facing engagements, requirement gathering, and solution design
Experience in production support and enhancement activities
