About the Role :

One of our clients in the Wealth Management industry is looking for an experienced Manager, Test Engineering to lead its Quality Engineering function within the Advisor Platform Engineering organization. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the organization's quality engineering vision, managing multiple testing teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that support advisors, operations teams, and enterprise business functions.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust blend of technical expertise, people leadership, and strategic thinking to build scalable testing practices across manual, automation, and performance engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop multiple Test Engineering teams across Manual, Automation, and Performance Testing disciplines.
Define and execute the overall Test Engineering strategy, ensuring comprehensive functional, automation, regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple product teams.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture,



and Business stakeholders to align testing priorities with business objectives and product roadmaps.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, frameworks, and quality engineering practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure testing effectiveness, product quality, and engineering efficiency.
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple Agile teams to ensure complete functional and non-functional test coverage.
Lead the adoption and continuous enhancement of automated testing frameworks using technologies such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, Playwright, C#, Selenium, and other modern testing tools.
Ensure seamless integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality standards.
