In this role, you’ll team up with experienced analysts and collaborate across departments to explore and make sense of large datasets. You’ll get hands-on practice with collecting and cleaning data, building explicit visualizations, and helping create reports that highlight opportunities and drive smarter strategies.

You will work with real-time industry data, giving you practical exposure to how insights are applied in real business environments. You’ll also gain an inside look into how the Customer Experience (CX) industry works and see firsthand how being data-driven helps companies grow, improve operations and serve customers better. You will strengthen your skills in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
● Work with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and organize large datasets.
● Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business decisions.
● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators.




● Assist in developing data pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs.
● Support in applying statistical methods and data-driven techniques to solve real business problems.
● Handle ad hoc data requests by exploring available datasets and applying the right analytical techniques.
● Collaborate with multiple teams to present findings in a clear, structured way to both technical and business audiences.
● Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and industry trends, experimenting with ways they can be applied to improve analysis and reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or Recently Passed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Strong problem-solving skills, solid foundation in data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
