Job Summary

The Standard is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer IV with strong skills in Angular on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the back end to build secure, modern experiences and services for our Employer Portal. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Analysts, Scrum Masters, Front‑End and Back‑End Engineers, SDETs, Data Engineers, DevOps/SRE, and UX to deliver enterprise‑grade capabilities that power customer‑facing applications





As a Full-Stack Software Engineer IV, you will work with general instructions to build sometimes complex, highly scalable and reliable front-end and back-end services, including UIs and REST APIs, using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, our in-house design system comprising web components, and Java/Spring Boot to deliver digital capabilities to customers. You will use your front- and back-end expertise to identify solutions and contribute to innovation by advancing best ‑ in ‑ class software engineering patterns and methodologies that can transform business processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient deployments, working within Azure DevOps and GitHub to support streamlined development workflows.
