About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our user acquisition engine across paid and affiliate channels. You'll work directly with the founders, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to launch high-impact campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands B2B SaaS growth, and enjoys turning data into scalable acquisition strategies.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition channels.
Build, launch,



and optimize user acquisition campaigns with a robust focus on ROI, CAC, and pipeline growth.
Scale affiliate marketing by identifying, onboarding, and managing high-performing affiliate partners.
Coordinate with affiliates to develop high-converting content and campaign assets.
Maintain a healthy and predictable lead pipeline through continuous optimisation and experimentation.
Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to prioritise and execute upcoming product launches and marketing campaigns.
Work with Creative and Design teams to ideate, test, and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
Track campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
Continuously experiment with new channels, audiences, creatives, and growth initiatives.
