Position Description
As an Associate Product Manager for Beam AI, you will be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry through innovative AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to our construction industry customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in product management while making a significant impact on a rapidly scaling product.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and recent features
Support the development of product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
Customer & User Research
Engage directly with construction industry customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and analyze usage data to gather insights
Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product recommendations
Create and maintain customer journey maps and user personas
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features
Partner with design teams to create intuitive user experiences that solve real cons
