We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business performance. This role goes beyond traditional calendar and administrative management and requires a professional who can track organizational priorities, drive follow-through across functions, analyse business metrics, and contribute to strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will come with 2–8 years of experience in project management, business operations, finance, strategy, or retail operations and should possess robust analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

Business & Operational Governance
Track and monitor key operational metrics across functions and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Drive follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure closure of action items, improvement plans, and strategic initiatives.




Ensure execution of key tasks and projects as per agreed timelines and business plans.
Prepare business reviews, dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership presentations.
KPI Monitoring & Business Analytics
Measure and analyse various KPIs across financial, operational, and people dimensions.
Identify trends, gaps, and business risks through data analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support leadership with insights for improving organizational efficiency and performance.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
Study market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape across geographies.
Conduct research on emerging business, retail, and operational trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Benchmark existing business processes against industry best practices and propose “to-be” process improvements.
