Job Description
Coordinator, Total RewardsThe Coordinator, Total Rewards will be part of the Total Rewards team, supporting compensation, benefits, and wellness programs across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.



This role will be based within an outsourced service delivery team in India and will partner closely with regional Total Rewards leads to execute processes, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality employee support.Global Benefits & Wellness Operations• Support administration of global benefits programs including invoice processing, data audits, eligibility tracking, and vendor reporting• Maintain employee benefits data in systems such as Darwin, Workday, or other platforms• Manage global benefits queries via HRIS ticketing system• Perform payroll-related benefits validations across regions• Support execution of benefits communications globally• Assist with coordination of global wellness initiatives and eventsInternational Advantages Support• Maintain country-specific benefits documentation and summaries• Support benefit changes, renewals, and rollouts• Ensure standardized documentation and sca
