Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
Creating detailed financial projections, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Well versed with concepts such as DCF, IRR, NPV, working capital computation etc.
Preparation of monthly financial report/ deck for management and quarterly board deck
Developing comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Experience in handling big4 consulting for share valuation, M&A; activities such as financial due diligence, quality of earning reporting
Experience related to integration of acquired entities/ business
Qualification and Experience
Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience of 6-8 years having exposure in above skill.
