Job Title: IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and health checks.
Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
Configure and manage office Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot network and internet-related issues.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for installations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
Resolve printer connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
Coordinate with vendors for printer servicing, repairs, and IT equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with website developers for website updates, maintenance, and technical support.
Assist in managing website-related technical requirements, including domain and hosting coordination.




Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Set up systems, user accounts, email IDs, and required software for new employees.
Ensure antivirus software, system updates, and data backup processes are maintained.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware, software, and licenses.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, and technical support.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all IT systems and office technology.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi configuration, and internet troubleshooting.
Familiarity with printer install
