UK Tax - Tax technology services - consultant II - Mumbai

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (USI Tax) supports Deloitte Tax LLP and other member firm teams through integrated tax and technology services. As a Tax Technology Services Consultant II, you will help deliver product support, testing, and implementation coordination for tax technology solutions. This role combines user support, user acceptance testing, documentation, and issue management to help improve the experience of internal and external users.

Work you'll do

As a Tax Technology Services Consultant II on the Tax Technology team, you will be responsible for:

Provide support to internal and external users through email, phone, chat, and ticketing channels, including issue triage and resolution tracking
Troubleshoot software, access, and authentication issues; document resolutions; and create knowledge base content for recurring issues
Execute user acceptance testing activities, including test execution, defect logging, retesting, and feedback on user experience




Create process flows, mock-ups, and other easy visual materials to clarify requirements and support solution design discussions
Support user onboarding, access management, documentation, implementation activities, and reporting of support metrics and process improvement opportunities

The team works closely with business, product, and support stakeholders to improve tools, resolve user issues, and support implementation activities across tax workflows.
