About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing influencer communication, supporting campaign execution, and tracking performance metrics to ensure successful influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
Scout and identify relevant influencers/creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels based on campaign objectives.
Build and maintain an influencer database with creator details, engagement metrics, audience insights, and past collaborations.
Reach out to influencers, initiate conversations, negotiate commercials, and manage creator relationships.
Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, content formats, and platform changes.
Campaign Management & Execution




Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, internal teams, for smooth campaign delivery.
Share campaign briefs, timelines, guidelines, and ensure creators deliver content as per brand requirements.
Track deliverables, content approvals, posting schedules, and campaign timelines.
Ensure timely follow-ups with creators for content submissions, revisions, and live posts.
Reporting & Analytics
Track influencer campaign performance including reach, impressions, engagement rate, views, clicks, and other relevant KPIs.
Collect campaign insights, screenshots, Prepare campaign reports and share insights on influencer performance and content learnings.
Analyse content performance and identify what works best in terms of hooks, formats, creators, and audience engagement.
Maintain campaign trackers and documentation.
