Job Description

We are seeking energetic, presentable, and proactive Business Development – Management Trainees to support Ramoji Film City's Film Vertical in strengthening engagement with the content production ecosystem.

This is a field-intensive internship focused on market mapping, lead generation, and relationship building with producers, directors, production houses, and other key industry stakeholders. Management Trainees will work closely with the Business Development team to generate qualified leads, build a comprehensive industry database, and support business development initiatives for shooting projects at Ramoji Film City. The role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business development within the Indian Film and OTT industry, providing a solid learning experience and a pathway for high-performing candidates to be considered for full-time opportunities.

Educational Qualification





Candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Media & Entertainment.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable with extensive field work and client interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Basic knowledge of presentation design tools such as Canva.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
