Designation - Manager - Enterprise Application

Location - Bangalore M.G Road, Victoria Layout

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.(MBA preferred).

Experience - 4–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, Project Management, Business Analytics, or Consulting.

Role Purpose : The Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving Pan India operational excellence initiatives by leading cross-functional projects, improving business processes, monitoring operational KPIs, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives. The role requires solid project management capabilities, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence regional and zonal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

○ Lead end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives.

○ Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

○ Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects with measurable business outcomes.





○ Drive governance meetings and monitor project progress.

Process Excellence

○ Identify operational gaps through data analysis.

○ Design scalable process improvements and standard operating procedures. ○ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

○ Develop playbooks and best practices for field implementation.

Data Analytics & Insights

○ Perform deep-dive analysis to identify operational trends and improvement opportunities.

○ Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers.

○ Present actionable insights to leadership.

○ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service failures.

Stakeholder Management

○ Coordinate with Zonal, Regional, Branch, Finance, Network, and Operations teams.

○ Conduct periodic performance review meetings.

○ Drive timely closure of action items.

○ Ensure alignment between central projects and field execution.
