The Need
For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Process Design & Improvement Specialist to lead the mapping, analysis, and redesign of key operational processes across South Asia, strengthening efficiency, clarity,



and service delivery across the region.

The Process Design & Improvement Specialist will play a critical role in strengthening cross-functional operations by leading the mapping, analysis, and redesign of key processes across South Asia. This role will work closely with functional leaders to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, define clear service standards, and enhance coordination across teams to ensure productive, compliant, and scalable operations.

The role will follow a hybrid work model and support operations across South Asia, including India and Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Analysis:
Identify high-impact operational processes requiring clarity and improvement.
Map end-to-end workflows across functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Tech, and Operations.
Document handoffs, decision points, dependencies, and pain points.
Build structured understanding of cross-functional processes.
