We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits skilled to strengthen our Total Rewards function. This role will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs, benchmarking practices, and benefits administration while partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Rewards
Drive the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and rewards programs aligned with business objectives.
Manage annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, bonus planning, market corrections,



and salary benchmarking.
Ensure internal pay equity while maintaining external market competitiveness.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations, compensation recommendations, and retention cases.

Benefits Management
Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement benefits, and flexible benefits.
Continuously evaluate market practices and recommend enhancements to improve employee value proposition.

Compensation Benchmarking
Participate in industry compensation surveys (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Radford, etc.).
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis for critical and niche talent, particularly within the IT Services, Digital Engineering, and AI talent landscape.
Support job evaluation and salary structure reviews.

Business Partnering
Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to provide data-driven compensation insights and
