Role Overview
The Program Leader is EDB's single, senior point of strategic post-sales ownership for our most complex and high-value enterprise accounts. This role orchestrates multi-vendor landscapes,drives senior executive (C-level) alignment, and ensures successful execution of critical technology transformations. This is an orchestration and relationship management mandate with executive altitude, focused on securing customer confidence, long-term retention, and commercial expansion.

Strategic relationship ownership — the named owner across both the partner and the end customer; carries the engagement narrative and is the contact senior stakeholders recognise and trust.
Executive escalation loop — manages executive-level escalations, runs the executive communication lane during significant incidents to maintain alignmen
