The Cvent Analytics team is hiring a Lead Analyst. The selected candidate will focus on delivering high-impact,



data-driven insights to support our Sales teams and elevate customer conversations using Cvent’s rich sourcing and product data.

Strategic Stakeholder Partnership

Act as a senior analytical partner to the US-based Sales organization, shaping account strategy and annual account plans aligned with revenue goals.
Strengthening stakeholder relationships by deeply understanding business objectives and ensuring insights translate into measurable actions.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to support revenue-driving initiatives, including win-back programs, churn reduction efforts, renewal optimization, and promotional campaigns.

Advanced Analytics, AI, & Insight Generation

Apply AI-powered analytical approaches—predictive modeling, customer clustering, natural language insights, and automated analysis—to scale insight generation.
Conduct customer churn analysis, retention analysis, and closed-lost analysis to identify root causes, behavioral patterns, and opportunities to improve customer lifetime
