Role Overview:
The role demands strong talent acquisition & talent management skills, expertise in hiring the right talent and building high-performance, along with the ability to implement best-in-class HR practices to foster a performance-driven and employee-centric culture.



The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving Talent Acquisition & Hiring for the company, policies & strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals and long-term vision.

Job Responsibilities:
To handle end to end recruitment cycle for the assigned openings from sourcing to closing.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job portals, and social media platforms.
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
Coordinate with HOD's to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
