Expert in HR Transformation Consulting as a highly experienced Workday delivery consultant.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Payroll) including configuration, setup, and optimization
Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards) and data validation. Integration understanding (EIB, Core Connector, Studio—conceptual) and partnering with technical teams. Testing, defect triage, and release management support. Production support and issue resolution with solid documentation.
Workday Security (roles, domains, business process security policy) and audit awareness
Stakeholder management and communication (workshops, status updates, change impacts)
