Role Overview
The Electrical BIM Engineer is responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems from design through as-built stages. The role focuses on delivering accurate, clash-free Revit models, layouts, BOQs, and construction-ready documentation in line with the BIM Execution Plan and project standards. You will work closely with design, coordination, and site teams to ensure buildable, high-quality electrical BIM deliverables that support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities




BIM Modeling & Coordination
Develop detailed BIM models for Electrical & ELV systems from design development through construction and as-built stages, ensuring coordination with all
allied services.
Ensure strict compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project-specific BIM standards, and defined workflows.
Perform interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection, identifying and resolving conflicts proactively to avoid site-level issues.
Electrical Design & Documentation
Prepare comprehensive lighting, power, cable tray, and conduiting layouts in
line with design intent and project standards.
Prepare Fire Alarm and Public Address (PA) system layouts in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Generate electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
suitable for construction and coordination.
