Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and daily HR administration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is passionate about building a positive workplace culture and ensuring a supportive setting for all team members.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding You will be responsible for recruiting candidates across various roles within our organisation. Your major goal is to ensure we attract and retain high-quality talent that aligns with our company values and goals.
 Handling end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking.
 Utilize various channels (job-boards, social media, professional networks etc.) to source potential candidates
 Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
 Facilitate feedback sessions and decision-making processes with hiring teams
 Serve as primary contact for the candidates throughout the recruitment process
 Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide timely feedback
