Tata International Vehicle Applications (TIVA) is the vehicle applications and trailer manufacturing business of Tata International Limited (TIL), a Tata Group company. TIVA operates in commercial vehicle application, body-building, and specialized trailer manufacturing space, serving critical sectors of the economy.

TIVA designs, manufactures, and delivers a wide range of customised vehicle applications and trailers, addressing diverse operating requirements. The product portfolio includes flat-bed trailers, tip trailers, car and tractor carriers, tippers, defence applications, garbage collectors, and application-specific solutions.

Job Purpose:

The incumbent shall lead domestic& International sales and service department. The incumbent shall ensure consistent, profitable growth in business revenues through strategic deployment and management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales (Domestic & International), Business Development, Marketing and Service function for TIVA.
Lead market development initiatives, including new geographies, new customer segments,



and new trailer applications.
Strengthen TIVA brand presence through customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes impacting trailer demand
Set sales objectives and identify strategies for each LOB (Line of Business) in line with broader TIVA goals.
Responsible to achieve business revenue target for TIVA trailer business in India & abroad.
Identify gaps in product offerings and customer needs to guide product development initiatives.
Supports sales Managers in critical negotiations and other cost movements for key key customers.
Prepares manpower, revenue and capital expenditure budget for business development.
Observe Sales Performance matrix and ensure appropriate analysis for making necessary decisions by the management.
Drive performance management by setting up and aligning sales team KRAs.
