Sasi Creative School of Architecture and Design (SCSAD) is expanding its interdisciplinary B.Des program with a new program in B.Design - Data Visualisation and Data Science where students build data stories, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. We are seeking faculty members to join our top-tier design institution in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: B.Des / B.Tech / B.E (Degree specializing in Data Science or Data Visualization preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of skilled experience.
Core Skills: Mandatory knowledge of Data Science; ability to teach through projects, labs, and portfolio mentoring.

Role Specializations:
Studio: Data Visualization & Information Design (storytelling, visual systems).
Applied: Data Science / ML (Python analytics, modeling, evaluation).
Engineering: Interactive visualizations, dashboards,



web implementations.
Ethics: Statistics, research methods, and responsible storytelling bias.

Technical Stack (Expected):
Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), SQL, Jupyter/Colab.
Visualization/BI: Tableau, Power BI, Flourish, Datawrapper.
Design: Figma, Adobe Illustrator (After Effects is a plus).
Web (Plus): D3.js, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (React).
