Are you passionate about building products that deliver real business value? We're looking for a Senior Product Owner / Delivery Lead who can drive product strategy while seamlessly stepping into delivery management when needed.
? Key Responsibilities
? Product Ownership (70%)
Own the product roadmap for assigned solutions/modules.
Define product requirements, success metrics, and prioritize features based on customer and business value.
Conduct product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate roadmap decisions, and proactively resolve alignment issues.
? Project Delivery (30%)
Track sprint and project progress, remove blockers, and manage scope effectively.
Ensure timely, high-quality product releases when project management support is required.
Coordinate with Engineering,
Sales, and Operations teams to maintain delivery timelines.
? DevOps & Work Management Exposure
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management tools.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
Ability to discuss development velocity, release quality, and deployment frequency with technical teams.

Make roadmap decisions backed by data and customer insights.
Create clear product specifications that enable engineering teams to execute efficiently.
Confidently balance product ownership with delivery responsibilities during critical project phases.
? Must-Have Skills
4+ years of primary Product Owner experience with at least two end-to-end feature deliveries.
Solid experience writing product requirement documents and functional specifications.
