We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging motion graphics and video creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who understands how to create conversion-focused creatives that drive campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for paid digital campaigns.
Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Edit videos, animate graphics, and deliver platform-specific assets within defined timelines.
Optimize creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Skills
Mandatory
2–4 years of Motion Graphics experience.
Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Advertising Agency.
Solid expertise in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of
Motion Graphics
Video Editing
2D Animation
Kinetic Typography
Performance Marketing Creatives
A/B Testing
Conversion-focused Creative Development
Preferred
Experience working on D2C, E-commerce, Lead Generation, or App Promotion campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices.
