What You'll Drive
Lead the organization's IT Strategy and Digital Transformation roadmap.
Strengthen Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
Manage Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Networks, ERP, and Business Applications.
Drive AI, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, and Smart Factory initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Stores to optimize business processes.
Ensure Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery,



Data Protection, and secure IT-OT integration.
Lead enterprise-wide technology projects, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
We're Looking For
✔ 15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
✔ Strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Process Industries.
✔ Proven expertise in:
IT Strategy & Digital Transformation
Cybersecurity & IT Governance
ERP Implementation
Cloud Infrastructure
Enterprise Applications
Risk & Compliance
Smart Factory Technologies
✔ Experience with MES, SCADA, PLC, IIoT, OT Networks, or similar industrial technologies will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualification
? MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
Professional certifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Governance, Project Managem
