? We Are Hiring: SAP AMS Manager | Dehradun | Immediate Joiner

Rialtes is looking for an experienced SAP AMS Manager to lead and manage our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) delivery from our Dehradun office.
This is a delivery leadership role for someone who understands how to run a complex SAP support organization—not just manage tickets. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of service delivery, team performance, client governance, SLA compliance, escalations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP AMS delivery across functional and technical workstreams
• Own SLA/KPI performance, MTTR, ticket backlog, aging and closure targets
• Manage P1/P2 incidents, critical escalations and major business-impacting issues
• Lead SAP functional, ABAP and integration teams across shifts and geographies
• Drive daily operational governance, weekly service reviews and executive reporting
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes
• Work closely with client stakeholders, process owners and leadership teams




• Identify recurring issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent solutions
• Ensure resource utilization, team productivity and overall delivery quality
• Build a proactive, accountable and high-performance AMS delivery culture

What We Are Looking For:
• 10–15+ years of SAP experience with strong AMS / Application Support leadership experience
• Proven experience managing large SAP support teams and enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and SAP support operations
• Excellent client communication, escalation management and leadership skills
• Ability to operate in a rapid-paced, high-accountability delivery environment
