Role Summary
PMI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage complex aerospace programs involving global OEM customers. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, customer relationship management, commercial compliance and cross-functional coordination, ensuring successful execution aligned with quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management
Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery, for aerospace projects.
Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Define program scope, milestones and deliverables aligned with customer contracts.
Drive execution through cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.

Customer / OEM Management
Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace OEM customers.
Manage stakeholder expectations and sustain high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular program reviews, status updates and governance meetings.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
