About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about helping customers achieve success with our product. You will work closely with customers, understand their requirements, provide product guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and help them understand the product.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive customer engagement.
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer concerns.




Track customer health and identify opportunities to improve product adoption.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to learn recent software and technology quickly.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relationship, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills in English. Additional regional languages are a plus.
