Urban Money is a digital lending platform operated by Hytone Merchants Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-registered NBFC based in Kolkata. We provide fast, simple, and accessible credit solutions through a technology-driven loan process, combining digital onboarding, risk assessment, customer support, collections, and data-driven decision-making.
We are now expanding the Founder’s Office team to work directly with Dewesh Agarwal, Founder of Urban Money, on high-priority business, technology, operations, and growth initiatives.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a mandatory minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst job profile. The candidate must have solid expertise in MS SQL Server, especially in an Azure environment, and should be highly comfortable working with large datasets, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, MIS reporting, automation,
Power BI dashboard creation, and business analytics.
This role requires someone who can work closely with the Founder’s Office, technology team, operations, credit, collections, and management to support data-driven decision-making across Urban Money’s lending business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, analyze, and maintain large datasets across lending, collections, payments, customer, app, and operational systems.
Write advanced SQL queries using MS SQL Server for reporting, reconciliation, business analysis, and performance tracking.
Develop, maintain, debug, and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, joins, indexes, and scheduled SQL jobs.
Work extensively on MS SQL Server hosted in an Azure environment, including database performance monitoring, query optimization, and data accuracy checks.
