Lead, mentor, and grow a collaborative engineering team delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions for team
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high quality of new features and enhancements.
Partner with product management, security, and compliance stakeholders to align development efforts with business priorities and customer needs.
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability,
and operational excellence across the team.
Champion best practices in software engineering, security, automation, and cloud-native development.
Set explicit goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular reviews and supporting career growth.
Drive technical decision-making, risk management, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
Support integration with related OCI services, ensuring seamless delivery and interoperability within the cloud ecosystem.
