Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Executive. The Export Executive will play a crucial role in retaining and growing customer accounts, developing markets for new products, and identifying new customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:




The Export Executive will be assigned a set of existing customers and they will be responsible for both retaining and growing these customer accounts under the guidance of the department head
Assist in developing the market for new devices being introduced.
Identify current customers from a database of prospective customers obtained from industry exhibitions and senior management meetings.
Initiate contact with these prospective customers through emails and other communication channels.
Respond promptly and accurately to any product-related queries received from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Electronics, Physics.
1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
Good written communication skills are a must.
