What we look for?
10–15 years of proven work experience in Key Account Management.
3–5 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What Impact you will create?
Revenue Ownership: Have complete ownership of the sales cycle, including managing and hitting aggressive targets for both existing accounts and new business acquisitions.




Strategic Growth: Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with management to grow company business.
Cross-sell & Up-sell: Identify and develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of gross margins and contract negotiation to maximize profits.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships and establish healthy connections with CXOs.
Solution Delivery: Provide Marketing Automation, Email marketing, Analytics, AI Personalization, and Mobility solutions to clients from different verticals.
Customer Success: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
