Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of water pumping stations and associated electromechanical systems. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted water supply, maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in pumps, motors, electrical systems, automation, and preventive maintenance practices

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure uninterrupted operation of water pumping stations to achieve the required water supply targets.
Plan, supervise, and monitor the operation and maintenance of pumps, motors, transformers, electrical panels, VFDs, DG sets, and other electromechanical equipment.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive,



and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Diagnose equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor pump performance, flow, pressure, power consumption, and overall system efficiency, recommending improvements where required.
Lead and supervise O&M; engineers, supervisors, operators, and technicians, ensuring optimum manpower utilization and performance.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance protocols, and safety guidelines during all operational and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth execution of O&M; activities.

Required Experience: 4+ Years in O&M;
CTC: Upto 4.8 LPA
