We are looking for a Technical Savvy/Product Owner/Business Analyst/Architect who deeply understands retail operations, challenges existing workflows where appropriate, and then applies Agentic AI to create tangible business value.
You will be a core member of Reflections' AI POD, partnering with client SMEs, AI engineers, data engineers, solution architects, and UX specialists to rapidly deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Experience: 8 to 18 Year
Location: Hybrid (Open to Travel if required)
Key Responsibilities
Business Workflow Discovery
Work closely with client business stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, stores,
eCommerce, finance and customer operations.
Document existing business workflows, pain points and decision-making processes.
Identify opportunities for process simplification before introducing AI automation.
Translate business objectives into Agentic AI use cases.
AI Solution Design
Design AI agent workflows aligned with business processes.
Break down complex retail operations into autonomous and collaborative AI agents.




Define human-in-the-loop interactions where appropriate.
Design multi-agent orchestration and escalation mechanisms.
Implementation Leadership
Lead deployment of Agentic AI solutions from pilot to production.
Configure and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.
Work with engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Ensure rapid iteration based on business feedback.
Customer Success
Become a trusted advisor to client executives and business users.
Drive user adoption and organizational change.
Measure business outcomes and continuously optimize AI workflows.
Act as the voice of the customer within the AI POD.
