Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams building secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS products for the fintech domain. The role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership to ensure successful product execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software.
